Job Description : Office Staff 2022How cool would it be to work right outside of Glacier National Park? We are located just 5 minutes to the West Entrance! Glacier Campground is now accepting applications for Office Staff for the 2022 season; starting in May and runs through October.Family owned and operated for the last 40 years, we believe camping should be the way it used to be; simple and fun! Our past employees have helped to create a homemade, family-friendly atmosphere that you have a chance to contribute to. Here at Glacier Campground we work hard to recreate hard and require honesty, dependability and open communication from all of our employees. We are not a corporation, we value compassion.On a typical day you will find yourself maintaining reservations, cleaning cabins, checking on bathrooms, prepping firewood for sale, tidying laundry and office facilities, gardening and being a vacation specialist with discussions on general information about accessing the national park and activities in the area.All applicants must:have a positive attitude; we want all of our guests to leave the office laughing or at least with a smile. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a friendly and helpful mindset in a fast paced environment.be proficient with computers; Microsoft Office, Google Workspace/Gmail and CampSpotfeel comfortable answering phones and making reservations via CampSpotbe extremely flexible; your tasks will change from day to day and sometimes minute to minutehave the ability to multitask; with guests via phone and computerco-create a harmonious, humorous work atmosphere with their shift matesconfidently help guests check-in/check-out; including local recommendations, cashier responsibilities at the camp store and guest’s unique needs and concernshave or learn knowledge about the Glacier National Park areaHours of work typically range from 30-40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 8am-8pm daily; flexible shift options. Pay is $13-$15/hour (depending on experience) with an end of season bonus.
