Job Description : POSITION: Full Time Courier
Exempt Status: Hourly commensurate with experience/qualifications
Job Description:
The courier will be responsible for picking up packages from multiple vendors and delivering them within the state of Colorado. All couriers must work within MED compliance standards. A transport vehicle and fuel will be provided by the company.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years’ driving or couriering experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills / Abilities:
Have good communication skills
Ability to know or learn the delivery area
Understand traffic patterns
Must be punctual
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Be reliable and trustworthy
Have a good sense of direction
Can keep basic accounting records
Provide great customer service
Can meet deadlines
Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
Drive in tough weather conditions while remaining calm
Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations
Requirements:
Valid CO Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record
25 years of age
Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
Must be able to obtain an employment badge through the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
