Job Description : We are looking for a results-driven assistant store manager, and familiar with the cannabis industry, to be responsible for overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceAdditional store manager duties as neededSkillsProven successful experience as a managerPowerful leading skills and business orientationCustomer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBS degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred, not required)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $32,000.00 – $44,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:10 hour shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
