Position : Care Manager/Scheduling Home Care

Job Description : Small Home Care agency looking for a part time Scheduling- Care Manager to assist the owner in building brand recognition and helping to staff Registry Shifts, Hire and interview Caregivers/CNA’s assist the owner in speaking with referral sources. This position will transition into a salaried position: Director of Operations when 400 hours are hit, if desired. Must be a Leader and able to grow into a fulltime salaried position.
Candidate requirements:

Ability to work with remote supervision
Ability to Schedule/Staff
Ability to interview / Recruit caregivers
Great Phone Skills
Ability to Assess Clients and open Service
Organized and Detail Oriented
Ability to Walk in Caregivers and Train them
Ability to Grow into a Director of this location.
