Job Description : PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR CASE AIDE’S WHO ARE AVAILABLE APPROX 15-20 HOURS PER WEEK. MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Hours vary from 9am to 7pm Monday thru Sunday. Must be available to work on the weekends. We are currently hiring Case Aides for supervised visitation positions in Tucson, throughout Pima County. You MUST be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position. Case Aides are paid an hourly rate, plus mileage. Case Aides provide supervised visitation to children who are in the custody of the Arizona Department of Child Safety. They transport children to and from their visit, supervise the visit and provide support to families in a safe and secure environment.
Case aides write visitation reports, maintain mileage logs and must complete all necessary documentation related to the position. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS AND BE PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT WORD AND ACROBAT ADOBE. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have a reliable vehicle.
$250 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS. Details will be discussed upon hire.
We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience working as a Case Aide and we will consider candidates with 1-2 years of experience working in a group home, Shelter Care, Behavioral Health field or related setting working with children/teens. If you do not have at least 1-2 years of related work or volunteer experience, DO NOT APPLY! We provide supervised visitation throughout Pima County in Tucson, which can also include areas such as Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley.
Positions are approximately 15-20 hours per week depending on your case load and availability to work. You must be able to commit to working with us for at least 6 months and be able to take a case load of at least 6 visits per week. Hours vary between 9am to 7pm. This position may involve some early eves and weekends.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: You must have a Level One AZDPS Fingerprint clearance card. YOU MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD with NO DRIVER’S LICENSE SUSPENSIONS, NO AT-FAULT ACCIDENTS, NO DUI’S/DWI’S. A 39-month driving record check will be required by all applicants. All applicants must have car insurance with their name listed on the policy. Must be able pass a BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE MOBILE PHONE. MUST HAVE CPR AND FIRST AID, if not you will be required to obtain it. Must be able to use a computer and be proficient in MS word, Acrobat adobe pdf and know how to use a printer. This position requires a considerable amount of driving. You must be diligent in your communication and documentation skills.

COVID-19 considerations:All Case Aide’s wear masks during shifts and are given hand sanitizer and are required to follow COVID 19 guidelines. The families we provide services to are also required to wear masks. Further details will be given upon hire.
