Position : Case Manager
Job Description : We are accepting applications for the position of Case Manager for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include Service Planning/Coordinating/Monitoring, Facilitating Meetings, Working with Clients, Families and other Community Agencies. Must have excellent Oral and Written Communication SKills, Computer Skills, People Skills and Time Management Skills. Bachelor’s Degree and/or Work Experience in Case Management, Human Services or closly related field strongly preferred. 4-day work week, 38 hours per week, hourly wage is $17.33. Qualifications:
What we require of you:
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Successful clearance of background checks
Completion of post offer drug & alcohol evaluation
