Job Description

U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation is hiring an Investor Strategy Analyst to join our Syndications Investor Strategy team.

The Investor Strategy Analyst will compile, model, analyze and effectively communicate financial information for and to a variety of tax credit investors and internal clients. The role involves coordinating closely with Senior Business Development Associates, Senior Project Managers, and Senior Fund Managers to produce investor financial information throughout the life cycle of a project. The Analyst will work with a variety of tax credit types including NMTC, LIHTC, and RETC and will compile and model fund offerings, closing projections, post close reports, and other items for our customers. The role will support the Investor Strategy team by providing information for investor specific decisioning and overall investor strategy. The Analyst will play a key role in determining and communicating opportunities for securing investor commitments.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

In-depth knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principals, and loan servicing operations
Ability to interpret transaction documents to decipher bond payments and all calculations related to their calculation and reporting
Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills including strong knowledge of Excel and ability to create spreadsheets for cash flow calculations

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 – $112,400.00 – $123,640.00
