Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, CO

Yampa Valley Medical Center, Steamboat Springs, CO

Southern Colorado:
Memorial Central Hospital, Colorado Springs, CO
Memorial North Hospital, Colorado Springs, CO

Work Schedule: Multiple shifts and hours available! We offer shift differentials and PRN differentials!

Responsibilities:
Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems and/or processes incoming prescriptions. Repackages bulk medications. May be responsible for sterile and non-sterile compounding.

Fills medication carts on a daily basis and/or processes and fills prescription orders.

Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department and/or assists with shelving and stocking of medications

Audits medication inventory for expiration.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: PHATP (Pharmacy Technician Provisional) certification from State Board of Pharmacy. PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy within 18 months of hire. Minimum Experience: None required.

The pay range for this position is:
$19.67 – $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
