Who are we?

ProductLed’s mission is to help make the world’s best software accessible to everyone.
We believe that “how” you sell is just as important as “what” you sell.
The way traditional businesses sell software is fundamentally broken. In the past, software was sold top-down to executives by expensive sales reps. Today’s customers want to “try before they buy.”
When trying out software, modern customers prefer to start with a free trial, see the value, and then pay for what they love using. This is the future. Companies that embrace this approach are known as “product-led” and are shaking up the way we know “business as usual.”
If you’ve heard of companies like Slack, Miro, or Canva – all of them leverage this unique approach to doing business. We believe being “product-led” is not just what’s best for the user but also great for business.
To help more companies become product-led, we teach high-impact programs that have helped 1,000’s of companies like Microsoft, Mixpanel, and Vidyard skyrocket their growth.
The best part? We’re just getting started.
The ProductLed Team has BIG goals and we are on a mission to help 1M businesses become product-led through our world-class training.
We are a 100% remote team distributed worldwide and we offer unlimited PTO, development training, and an energetic and nourishing culture & team that is world-class. Our business is growing 200% YOY, and with that growth comes new and exciting challenges.
Now, we need you – yes, you! – to help us 10x the number of companies we help.

We’re not slowing down anytime soon. The only current bottleneck is this position.
What’s the gig?

We’re searching for a Chief of Staff to execute on administrative tasks and manage special projects for our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Wes Bush. This isn’t a position for the faint of heart.

We’re a team of driven, A-players who have high expectations and high output.

If you’re easily overwhelmed or uncomfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, this position won’t be a good fit for you.

This role will work closely with the CEO to manage his time, calendar, and inbox.

The North Star principles for this position are:

Protect CEO’s Time: Filter all inbound requests to keep an eye out for those people/places/things that are important and help prioritize them.
Efficient Calendar Management: Be clear, committed, and include context.
Ensure that Everyone Appreciates the Response: Whether that’s a clear ‘yes’ with the appropriate calendar info for an upcoming meeting, or a ‘not at this time’ reply, every email and correspondence should be answered clearly and kindly.
Read the Play: Be preemptive and proactive. Come prepared and aware of all the moving pieces and how to address them ahead of time.

You’ll excel in (and enjoy) this position if you:

Flourish in a fast-paced environment.
Can roll up your sleeves to get anything done.
Are detail oriented and organized.
Are looking to work in a work environment that pushes you to perform at your best.
Can collaborate well and are an effective team player.
Can take direct feedback, learn and implement.
… and also provide candid and to-the-point feedback to all levels of leadership, including the CEO

Further, the skills that are a big plus for this role:

You’re familiar with Xero, Activecampaign and Notion
Experience with Google Sheets and data analysis/reporting or project management will be super helpful.

Overtime, the goal is that you’ll become an extension of our CEO by having the ability to anticipate needs, see around the corner, and remember things before he does. Because of this, the ability to build trust quickly is critical. We desire a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and judgement, in both written and verbal communication.

Why you?
