Core Areas: Offline + BTL activities

Qualification: Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience

Your Role

Plan budgets, scope out BTL activities and monitor progress in every market within the city
Create robust SOPs for to ensure maximum output with minimum spillage
Identify best practices through constant innovation and experiments, replicate those practices to all markets.
Setup and manage a team of field marketing executives to assist in day-to-day operations
Maintain a pipeline of activities, demonstrate excellence in execution and measure performance
Interact closely within all sections of Marketing to figure out the improvement areas
Interact with business teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them.
Derive on-ground insights through conversations with customers
