Under administrative direction of the City Manager, the City Treasurer directs and supervises the overall operation of the Finance and Utility Billing Departments, including payroll, receivables and payables, customer service operations, the utility billing/meter procedures; monitors cash flow and directs the receipts, deposits, and investments of all City monies. Addresses complaints and resolves accounting and finance issues. Manages preparation of department budgets, bonds, statements, and reports on the financial affairs to City Council and the City Manager. Monitors expenditures and budget condition.
