Responsibilities:
In this role, you will consistently deliver a remarkable customer service experience through handling various Fire and Auto Claims. This position is open to a variety of areas in our Claims segment.
On a daily basis you will:

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle claims for an assigned area. This may including contacting customs by telephone, written correspondence or various electronic media.
Work through an organized daily schedule, working through both phone calls and task driven queues
Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, statutes, and insurance regulations when determining coverage, liability, & damages
Utilize strong verbal communication skills while resolving various conflicts and maintain tact and poise
Provide meaningful relationships with our customers through claims handling processes

Licensing:
Depending on placement within the Claims segment – the successful candidate selected for this position will need to meet necessary requirements in order to obtain mandated state licenses. This includes completing applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various states. Failure to do so may result in termination. Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Prior claim handling knowledge and experience

Salary Range: $49,266.75-$90,675 varies depending on role as this is open to various areas in our Claims segment.
