Job Description : Property and Casualty Claims ExaminerProper Insurance is seeking Property and Casualty Claims Examiners for our claims division in Bozeman, MT. Preference will be given to applicants in the Bozeman MT area, or those willing to relocate.Claims Examiners will be responsible for client communication and coordination. Working in tandem with Claims Adjusters and advising clients on claim procedures.Previous claims experience preferred, but not required.Company Background: Proper Insurance is a Coverholder at Lloyd’s of London and administers a niche insurance program for short-term vacation rentals; properties found on websites such as Airbnb & VRBO. Proper currently insures over 15,000 properties in all 50 states with an average claim count of 3 per day.The vacation rental market in the U.S. is estimated at over 2,000,000 properties with no signs of slowing down.
