Position Summary
Overview
The Client Service Associate candidate is an individual with experience supporting the unique needs of assigned high net worth individuals and families. This person takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with clients and financial advisors and approaches their work with a sense of urgency that exceeds client expectations. At the heart of each client relationship is a deep sense of trust, confidentiality and genuine sincerity to serve others.
Responsibilities
Provide client support to multiple financial advisors including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements, gifting and charitable support as well as other client directives.
Monitor daily transaction activity including deposits, withdrawals, and receipt of securities to ensure client activities are executed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with financial advisors to offer an exceptional client experience including client meeting preparation and ad hoc service requests.
Generate tax reports and on occasion collaborate with CPA’s and other outside professionals to fulfill unique client wealth management requirements.
Contribute to the quarterly report production process.
Provide back up support to the client service team, as required.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a client service support role serving high net worth individuals and families. Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
Excellent understanding of back office operations, policies and procedures. Good understanding of investment portfolios and investment products.
Demonstrated experience working with data and accounting information with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience maintaining and protecting sensitive and confidential information.
Project a highly professional and confident appearance with the ability to adapt to a variety of client expectations and needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-directed, highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Brokerage and investment advisory firm experience preferred.
Experience using custodian platforms, Envestnet Tamarac advisor platform and CRMs preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
