Position Summary:
The operations manager is responsible for oversight and daily operations for the project management, IT, onboarding/implementation, invoicing, reporting, and scheduling departments within Blue Sky Neurology. This position oversees the onboarding and implementation processes of new services, facilities, health systems, and providers. This role will also work with IT, credentialing, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure efficient operations. The Operations Manager requires developing strong relationships with clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position will oversee and collaborate with the operations coordinators to support the initiatives of invoicing, reporting, scheduling, and physician/client payments. The Operations Manager will also support the functions of provider recruitment and participate in the screening and interview process. The Operations Manager requires occasional travel to client sites for routine relationship building and service go lives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Certification in project management.
Experience in project management and healthcare IT.
Preferred Skills:
Work effectively with teammates to ensure tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.
Strong attentional to detail and accurate quality of work.
Professionalism with clients always.
Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leadership.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversees new site, provider, hospital, and health systems go lives.
Sets up project calls with new facilities and health systems to ensure project is moving forward.
Direct all Blue Sky Link initiatives in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager and the software development vendor.
Attend conferences and site visits at facilities.
Be available after hours for inpatient emergencies.
Oversee and conduct client touchpoints to ensure client satisfaction with services as well as foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal CarePoint departments such as accounting, finance, IT, and credentialing.
Oversee the reporting, invoicing, and payments to contracted providers.
Oversee the reporting and invoicing to partner facilities.
Act as internal project manager for go live of new initiatives within BSN such as billing, software, and new programs.
Identify improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers.
Other duties as assigned.

About BlueSky Neurology, a division of CarePoint Health:
Blue Sky Neurology (BSN) is an innovative neurology practice that provides the full spectrum of neurologic services for patients and those involved in their care. BSN has physicians involved in all phases of neurologic illness: acute neurologic emergencies; neurologic support for hospitalized patients; and outpatient care for those with new or ongoing neurological conditions. BSN was founded in 2005 by established clinicians known throughout Denver and the Colorado region. Since then, the practice has thrived and expanded.
BSN provides acute stroke care; neuro-critical care; neurologic support and outreach throughout Colorado and the surrounding states with telemedicine technology to hospitals and emergency rooms. There is also active participation in national clinical research studies on the latest neurological treatments. In order to bridge hospital care to outpatient care, BSN has dedicated outpatient neurologists who all have advanced fellowship training and expertise.
