Position : Collision Repair Estimator

Job Description : Cutting Edge Collision Center is looking for a Collision Repair Estimator with experience writing estimates in CCC to add to our team! At Cutting Edge Collision Center, we take pride in our work and strive to set ourselves apart from any other shop in the area using state of the art equipment and technology. We are offering a $1,000 in relocation assistance for qualifying candidates!

Our Estimators are responsible for:

Greeting our customers in a friendly and inviting manner
Collecting and updating all customer information
Properly writing up customer vehicle repairs in CCC
Working closely with insurance companies to confirm the specific company protocols are adhered to
Monitoring the repairs of vehicles
Selling value-added services to customers
Accurately updating the computerized notes system to clearly show the story of the repair
Communicating with customers throughout the entire service repair process

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

4 years of customer service in the collision repair industry and/or collision repair estimating experience
Experience CCC estimating systems
Valid Driver’s license & clean driving record
The ability to work on a deadline
I-Car certifications is a plus

Applicants must have previous quality customer service experience, ideally in a body shop or insurance-related field and experience writing estimates in CCC.
