Job Responsibilities: Company conversion from Private to Public and vice versa, Company Incorporation, Drafting MOA, AOA, ROC Compliances, Drafting of Agreements relating to issue of securities & obtaining various approvals from authorities, Handling all Company Law Compliance’s including various statutory ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings on MCA portal, Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time
