Job Description : Decor building group is a well established restoration/construction company that completes projects all over the GTA.We are looking to hire and start work immediately and work into this season.We are seeking anyone people with construction experience/ restoration experience in the following below and are offering positions from labourers to foreman depending on skill and experience. * * * * NOTE* 75% of our work is complete using elevate work platforms (i.e swing stage andscaffold) * * * * Salary: $20-$38 per hour depending on experience and skillTask include but are not limited toConcrete labourerWeather sealants (Caulking, glazing)Window and door replacementWater proofingConcrete work ( chipping, rebar, pouring, forming, finishing)Brick and block workTuck pointingStructural concreteUse of large tools and equipment ( jack hammers, demo saws, plate compactors, bobcats, excavators)Railing replacementBalcony repairs (concrete, membrane, railings)paintingSandblastingSmall excavationSlab repairShear wall repairWe provide:Full hoursTrainingGood quality tools (not including hand tools)Health and safetySites all over the gtaMust have/ requirements :Own transportationHand toolsSteel toe bootsHard hatShow up on timeBe punctualJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$38.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:construction: 1 year (preferred)
