Job Description : Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Denver or Houston
Salary: Commensurate with industry Experience
Description: United Energy Trading, LLC is seeking an experienced contract administrator to join its risk department. In this role, the right candidate would ensure all crude oil and refined products transactions have proper documentation, including written confirmations, would ensure such documentation is properly reflected in UET’s deal/risk capture systems, would work directly with front office staff to resolve any discrepancies between UET and its counterparties and, when necessary, otherwise assist UET’s risk and accounting departments. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications:
4 year undergraduate degree preferred
High attention to detail
At least 1 year of experience as a contract administrator in an energy marketing firm
Knowledge of industry terms and vocabulary for crude oil, refined products and natural gas
Ability to work independently to solve problems
Ability to communicate both internally and externally regarding contracts governing UET’s business transactions
Experience with Enuit Entrade and Right Angle computer systems preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
