Job Description : Job Description – Contract Trimmer
Penrose Cannabis is a seeking pay-by-the-pound trimmers for its licensed marijuana facility.
Rate: $55 / Lb.
Expectations:
· Piecemeal trimming of finished marijuana buds.
· Must provide and maintain one’s own tools (scissors). Work desks, chairs, and trays (and bowl trimmers) are provided.
· Trimmers are responsible to maintain strict adherence to health and MED requirements when working at this site.
· All individuals must maintain appropriate work credentials at all times.
· Must maintain professional appearance/ language/ music.
· Ensure that harvested plants remain in the correct Harvest Batch.
· Understand and practice Food safe, and Food-Contact Safe cleaning procedures.
· Maintain good hygiene, wear gloves, hairnets/ beard-nets / hat.
· Return individual workplace to a clean and tidy state at the end of the day.
Supervision
This is a contractor position. Applicant is responsible for their own schedule/availability of work, providing own tools, and maintaining production. Client’s supervision is limited to adherence in compliance and completeness of work.
Preferred Work Experience:
Knowledgeable with and background in wet and dry trimming, both in hand and various machine Trimming preferred.
Working Conditions:
Must maintain appropriate work credentials (MED badge) at all time.
Able to sit, stand, or be stationary for extended periods of time.Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 per day
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
