Job Description : Summary:
Plans, coordinates, and executes daily activities and/or flow of work for assigned products or procedural cost center. Manages project implementation and execution to include forecasting demand cycle, bill-only requisitions, lead time, reorder points, and consignments.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities: Develops project scope, deliverables and plan; executes in alignment within Supply Chain Department and Procedural Service Line priorities to reach project and logistical objectives. Manages project implementation and execution, including forecasting demand cycle, bill-only requisitions, lead time, reorder points, consignments, and follows best practices for storage, distribution, and rotation. Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success, including inventory management, outside resources, management of budget cycles, contract compliance, conversions or substitutions, and special or non-contract spend. Serves as an educator and mentor; drives process improvement, goal-setting, and compliance; ensures business owner develops best logistical practices and procedures.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Required Licensure/Certification: None Required. Minimum Experience: 3 years of project management and/or supply chain operations experience.
The pay range for this position is: $24.11 – $36.17 / hour. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
