Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the healthcare field. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities:
Lead high volume, full cycle recruitment for all new employees, including negotiation with and utilization of third party agencies when required.
Ensure complete onboarding of all new employees.
Determine and implement recruiting best practices.
Support field operations and management with Generalist duties as required.
Assist with acquisition integration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of recruiting and HR generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Working knowledge of recruitment and federal/state compliance and employment laws
Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate level of urgency
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level
Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches
Experience with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of HR systems
Certification in Human Resources (HRCI or SHRM) preferred
