Position : Corporate Paralegal
Job Description : We are looking for an exceptional Paralegal to join our Legal team within a fast-growing mission-driven business.
In this role, you will:Paralegal Support 90% , Other Duties as Assigned 10%
Organize and analyze information; cross-check and validate information.
Review and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy.
Review email requests for documents, compile summaries of outstanding items, and follow up with necessary parties until all requested information is completed.
Perform legal and factual research, records searches.
Manage signature process for legal documents.
Act as first line of communication with external customers for NDAs.
Prepare correspondence.
Build and maintain databases and files.
Organize and track corporate files.
Prepare and maintain corporate records for all entities globally.
Assist with international entity set ups and maintain complete files for each entity.
Qualifications:
Paralegal Certification required or Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong legal review and drafting skills with respect to basic legal agreements.
Ability to assist with more complex agreements and transactions as needed by internal lawyers
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking.
