*Job Summary: *We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the development of results-oriented cross-functional strategy projects and program integration. Develop action-driven recommendations to key business questions, backed by sound business analytics, and support long-term growth and strategic decisions. Working with stakeholders across the company, this role will encompass various strategic initiatives and will work with teams to implement approved recommendations.
*Projected Hire Date – Mid Summer 2022*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work on a wide range of strategic projects involving partnerships, investments into the company, and strategy for product and geographical expansion and be responsible for scoping, developing, delivering, and implementing them across all departments within Alviere.
Drive to decisions that will show results for the business in both the near and long term and build consensus and alignment on those decisions across the company.
Shape and lead strategic thinking based upon insights gathered through (identify growth drivers, trends, claims, price points, etc.), and make solid recommendations for our own new product innovation.
Ensure continued alignment with the Leadership team to inform strategic decisions and increase the visibility of the impacts of those decisions amongst stakeholders across the business.
Support annual strategic business and resource planning.
Embrace a mixture of both quantitative and qualitative methods to back-up strategic recommendations with robust and reliable data.
Develop plans, forecasts, and analyses for strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including new business lines/markets/products analysis, strategic decision-making in day-to-day operations, and other growth initiatives.
Continuously develop and innovate around both standard, ad-hoc reporting, and analytics, and lead the Strategy team to do the same.

Proven ability to work across various stakeholder groups to drive consensus and execute recommendations to show measurable results.
A superior strategist with a proven ability to conceptualize problems and abstract the dynamics of an evolving strategic business. model. You love the idea of uncovering insights that unlock business growth and product offerings that appeal to an ever wider base of loyal, happy customers.
An owner through and through. You have a willingness to tackle problems through solutions and an ability to work both independently and across functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degreeYears of experience needed: 0-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or corporate strategy, business development, and/or senior business operations leadership
Compensation:Base Salary – $70,000 to $100,000Company BonusEquity
