Job Description : Creative Project Coordinator
Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, this is a non-exempt, hourly position with annualized base compensation range of $40k – $60k, depending on experience.

Are you the Creative Project Coordinator we’re looking for?
Our Creative Project Coordinators communicate, coordinate, and manage a variety of Creative and Web products in our Creative Department alongside our team to produce accurate creative materials that meet internal and client deadlines while representing the FIFTY3 standard.
This position is responsible for:

Managing and delegating Designer and Copywriter workloads and timelines through clear communication by aligning customer needs with our team capacity.
Continuously overseeing our project management system and processes to organize and distribute key internal team resources.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure error-free work, communicate edits and updates, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Working closely with the department leadership team to understand product requirements and guidelines to ensure we create deliverables that exceed expectations.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience managing creative products as well as a creative or design background with a focus on our core product line as seen on our website.
A great work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. They are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Along with a keen eye for detail and creative aesthetics.
A customer service mindset to creatively and effectively manage the production workflow from kickoff to completion.
The ability to be collaborative, adaptive, and flexible and to function effectively in a high-growth environment.

We’ll train you on:

The management of our internal processes including prioritization of incoming projects.
Industry-specific quality assurance standards and guidelines.
Managing soft skills and software for effective Design Team management and communication.

Qualifications we’re looking for:

Proven experience reviewing and approving creative work, including project requirements. Experience with Adobe products, a plus.
A proven ability to manage multiple products, deadlines, and people in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the Leadership team across and to accurately relay and implement feedback.
