Job Description : We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team as a member of ICON Media. They will be responsible for working with high profile clients in cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, luxury brands, and stadium space to provide various types of deliverables. They should have a very strong creative background and exercise their creative expertise. This is a key role in a fast-moving team. Your voice and input will be highly valued, and you will be expected to share your inspiration and vision within the organization. This position will report to the Executive Creative Director.Primary Responsibilities Participate in project briefings with clients and ensure expectations are set on deliverablesEstablish key phases and set timelines for projectsMake adjustments to timelines ahead of time if necessary and communicate any changes with the clientsContact and schedule appropriate resources for projects and approve arrival timesPrepare and update any documentation required throughout all phases of the project cyclePlan, facilitate and lead internal meetingsProvide creative input and updates to all teams involved in projectsSkills, Experience and RequirementsPost-secondary degree/diploma is preferredFive or more years of relevant work experienceExtensive management experience working in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge in Brand, Design, Print, Digital, Social, and Effective PresentationExperience in delivering multiple projects of all sizes and complexityPrevious experience working in creative production, primarily in digital is an assetAttention to detail, and an aptitude toward defining and streamlining ways of workingPlease note that ICON Digital requires a mandatory Criminal Background check prior to employmentMust be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to any valid medical or religious exemption from vaccinationKey CompetenciesStrong abilities in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work under pressure and foster relationships with clients and team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challengesExperience in budget management, controlling project budgets is an assetPrevious experience working in creative production, primarily in digital is an assetAbility to multi-task and work across parallel workstreamsABOUT ICONICON is a full-service organization with a 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art production facility based in Markham, Ontario.
