Job Description
You will be managing emergency water damage projects and responsible for maximizing profitability and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This includes setting up appropriate equipment and perform demolition of building materials affected by water and fire damage, pack out contents and personal property of customers’ homes, complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work performed, on call rotation for nights and weekends required, must be flexible with schedule and willing to work longer hours during busy seasons
Qualifications
· positive and fun attitude
· have experience managing people and supervising projects
· able to perform physical labor and able to lift up to 75 lbs
· must be able to read and write fluently in English
· clean driving record required
· experience in the construction or restoration trades a plus, but not required
· experience in customer service a plus, but not required
· Full-Time
**must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen**
