Position : Cultivation Staff for Cannabis Facility
Job Description : Animas Artisan a progressive cannabis cultivation operation with several properties in existence and development. We are hiring Cultivation Assistants for our 40,000 sq ft SW Colorado cultivation facility. We currently feature 16 of the highest quality strains in Colorado, with impeccable genetic pedigrees. Animas Artisan is looking to add motivated, self-starters to our team. Experience in cannabis cultivation not necessarily required, and we are actively searching for hard working responsible professionals from all backgrounds.
The Animas Artisan cultivation team will work under the guidance of seasoned growers, with hundreds of successful harvests to their credit. Team members will play a hands-on role in the production, cultivation, and harvest of our artisan cannabis, from cloning new marijuana plants from mothers through fine tuning the finished flower. Team members will be expected to adhere to posted protocols, and document their cultivation activities and metrics. Team members will be expected to participate in physical labor, which occasionally requires the lifting of 25 pounds or more.Animas Artisan is defined by its commitment to a team environment and progressive management policies. Team members enjoy a weekly grill-fest prepared by one of our head growers. The fridge is always stocked with sweat reducing ice cream and energy drinks. Sanitary – yet cool and breathable – uniforms are provided, as is laundry service for those uniforms. It is Animas Artisan’s goal to be a premier employer in the region.
Specific positions and job duties will be discussed during the interview process. Animas Artisan is looking to bring on board a Head Grower, assistant growers, as well as trim and cultivation team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
