Boeing Global Services Customer Experience (BGS CX) is seeking a (CX) Customer Experience Metrics Analyst to support our eCommerce and Digital Ascent product portfolio. Define and lead user analytics strategy for multiple storefronts across commercial, business, and general aviation. This position is perfect for someone excited by the world of aviation and the challenge of driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and cost reduction through digital analytics methods and best practices.
Digital Ascent is the accelerator for digital capabilities and culture in BGS to deliver significantly improved customer experience, business growth, and productivity. We’re building a connected platform for an omnichannel sales, solutions, and services experience. We need an analyst who can help establish KPIs to baseline and trend data across Jeppesen Marketplace, Boeing Services, Boeing Distribution International, Boeing Part Page, and other eCommerce channels.
Under the direction of a CX manager, you will support about 14 agile development teams comprised of software developers, architects, user experience (UX) designers, and product managers. Most team members are currently working from home, and we expect to move forward with a hybrid model and flexible work schedule.
You will also be part of the larger BGS CX organization of over 100 researchers, designers, and data analysts where you will benefit from, and contribute to, our DesignOps initiatives, such as our metrics, training program, ResearchOps, and tools working groups.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to occasionally work onsite at the listed locations, Englewood Co, Pittsburg PA, Seattle WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with the lead analyst to define user analytics strategy (behavioral & satisfaction), prioritizing customer insights with data throughout eCommerce customer journeys.
Tell the CX story using analysis and insights to help business partners and leaders drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and cost reduction.
Help establish KPIs to baseline and trend data in alignment with specific business goals for each eCommerce application.
Have a complete understanding of “the state of the data,” including all aspects of data collection, data layers, and data quality. Identify and troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors.
Analytics data includes conversion, sales, search, segmentation, usability, lead generation, product pricing and availability, and customer journey data across multiple applications.
Build, manage, automate, and continually refine analytics reports, dashboards, and Adobe Analytics Workspace projects to maximize consumption and value among the intended business and product team stakeholders.
Analyze and report out customer experience data regularly to support each team’s operational cadence.
Participate in PI planning to coordinate activities with the eCommerce and Digital Ascent teams.
Build, execute, and analyze split tests (A/B tests), and measure the impact of design changes in partnership with designers.
Participate in the BGS CX Metrics working group, and collaborate with other analysts.
Support and inform CX research and lead generation (journey paths, SEO, SEM, etc.) with customer insights.
Periodically present CX metrics to staff and management.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Proficient with digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google 360, Qualtrics, Tableau, and Teradata
Deep knowledge and understanding of Adobe Analytics in terms of variables, segmentation, and success events, how they work, and their relationships to each other
Ability to translate a business team’s reporting needs into viable analytics solutions accurately and efficiently
Ability to determine what a business team’s reporting needs actually are, rather than simply taking a request and implementing it
Ability to apply basic statistical techniques to derive meaning from digital analytics data
Demonstrated ability to work with the client or business to elicit requirements, as well as with developers to implement the solution.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Graduate-level degree in a metrics-related area of study
Understanding of survey design best practices
Understanding of appropriate application of data visualization techniques
Experience in aviation or aerospace industry
Experience working with SAFe or Agile teams
Typical Education
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years’ related work experience, Master + 7 years’ related work experience, 13 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Colorado Summary pay range: $88,200.00.00–$154,000.00
