Position : Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description : We are currently seeking a logistics coordinator for our Colorado Springs, CO location. The primary objective of this position is to coordinate deliveries with our customers, comprised of homeowners, new construction builders, and property management companies. Our logistics coordinators answer inbound and place outbound phone calls assisting clients and providing support to our delivery drivers in the field. In the ever-changing world of logistics, critical thinking and problem-solving talents are a must.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of customer service success, a knowledge of basic computer concepts, and ability to change tasks on the fly, as necessary. This individual must be detail oriented, have great communication skills, be a team player, and can handle hard situations in the best interest of the customer and the company.
Hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with outgoing route compilation of paperwork and assignments
General support for delivery personnel and warehouse staff
Performs other duties as assigned
Assist with inbound check-in and completion within the computer system
Assist with the processing of piece-rate driver compensation
Answer inbound calls from superintendents, homeowners, and GE personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with all common computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader, etc)
Ability to read/speak/write fluently in English
2+ years in a customer service environment required
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
