Position : Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Description : Trans System Inc is a recognized expert in the trucking industry, melding advanced technology, experienced employees, and a passion to do it right. From our humble beginnings with 1 truck in 1972 to nearly 1000 tractors across the company today, Trans-System thrives on excellence in service and being true to our word.
We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Denver, CO office. The CSR is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to effectively resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicate effectively by telephone and in person in friendly and professional manner
Regularly assist customers through various channels (phone, email, fax, etc.) providing outstanding levels of customer service
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
Adhere to all company/DOT policies and procedures
Accurately enter data into applicable systems for dispatching, tracking, securing, and billing of loads
Assist with building strong, professional relationships with assigned customers
Prepare special reports as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have effective verbal, written and interpersonal / business communication skills, proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems/software programs. The position requires the ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues quickly and correctly. Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills are also necessary to be successful in this role. While experience in the transportation industry is not required, it is highly desired.

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
