Acculens is a leading Contact Lens manufacture in Denver who has manufactured contact lenses for over forty years. We are nationally recognized for changing patients lives with our premiere contact lenses.
Acculens is seeking a full time customer service representative. Training available for an individual who has the ability to work independently and perform a wide variety of front office duties. Acculens offers great health insurance paid for by the company.
Customer service responsibilities are as follows but not limited to. Answering incoming calls, inputting orders into our system, filing, customer support and resolution, shipping both local and UPS, greeting patients upon arrival, inventory, collections, and account follow up.
The ideal candidate will have good computer and strong communication skills with a friendly outgoing personality. Must be comfortable in a front office setting, have strong customer service skills, have a great work ethic, the ability to multitask, pay attention to small detail, a neat appearance and a team spirit.
