Job Description : Are you interested in the aviation industry; and do you have experience or interest with customer service? The Customer Service Representative promotes and sells the Company’s services and products to clients and prospects. Handles and coordinates customer service requests in a professional and courteous manner to ensure the best possible service. We invite you to become a member of the Independence Aviation team.
Responsibilities
· Delivering a proactive, personalized service experience to Private and Corporate Aviation clientele.
· Aircraft and flight instructor scheduling.
· Coordinating aircraft services, such as fuel and hangar storage.
· Arranging services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
· Effectively communicating via ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
· Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs.
· Processing customer invoices.
· Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
