Job Description : The RoleYou will take inbound calls from customers related to basic policy information, change processes/forms, policy questions and provide support/information to respond to questions and change requests; contact information updates. You will also provide details around general billing questions; offer assistance for updating payment options, and transfer/escalate calls as needed for continued and additional support.Qualifications:Candidates should possess:2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, with effective verbal and written communication skills.A strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of accuracy when completing tasksTyping skills of 30+ WPMhigh school diploma/GED.What we offer:We provide a competitive pay of $18 hourly, PTO, and 401kYou’ll receive a PC with two monitors and a dual-ear USB headset that has a noise-canceling microphone to enable working from home [until the office can be safely reopened]You’ll be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, EAP, health and wellness programs, and moreJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to $20.00 per hourAdditional pay:Bonus paySchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Experience:customer service: 1 year (preferred)
