Job Description : We’re looking for the right person to take charge of our customer success program and continuously “WOW” our clients. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and our production team to ensure clients are happy and get the most value out of our solutions.This is a full-time remote position. We welcome applicants from anywhere in Canada. You’ll have the freedom and flexibility to control your schedule/workday. As a result, we’re looking for professional, responsible, and self-managing people who can thrive in this type of environment.*This is a full-time salary position with paid vacation and benefits* The role we need to fill:Develop, document, and manage our client onboarding experienceTrain and coach clients on our process/workflowBecome the expert in our processes and workflowIdentify opportunities to “WOW” our clientsCreate customer training videos & materialTrain/coach our clients to be successful with our workflows & processesCommunicate with clients daily to gain insight and feedbackLiaison between our clients and our design/production teamDevelop & maintain productive relationships with clientsIdentify gaps in service and create solutions to improve customer experienceWho we’re looking forEnergetic, friendly, personable – > Someone that people love talking toComfortable on camera (Training videos)3+ years in a customer-facing roleBonus points if you come from Saas or Creative Industry (Design)Bonus if you have graphic design experienceYou are a people person and highly empathetic in your approachYou are flexible and able to manage projects + key stakeholders on the customer sideYou can carefully balance customer advocacy with the goals and direction of the businessWho we are:DarkRoast Design is an innovative, creative start-up, engineered to provide high-performing brands across North America access to top talent graphic designers.Based in Windsor, Ontario, we serve a diverse client base all across Canada and the United States.
