The Outside Inc. Customer Success team are product experts and live on the front lines of customer satisfaction, customer experience, and customer retention.Within 1 month, you will:

Become acquainted with Customer Success teammates
Learn our customer service processes and tools
Become acquainted with Customer Success stakeholders: Product Team, Marketing Team
Resolve Tier 1 customer inquiries in a timely manner while focusing on first touch/contact resolution

Within 6 months, you will:

Learn magazine fulfillment tools and processes to assist customers with issues related to physical magazine orders
Create a Customer Success team program to increase efficiency or build team culture
Resolve all customer inquiries related to Outside+
Build working relationships with members of other Customer Service Teams
Communicate trends based on user feedback and feature requests.

Within 12 months, you will:

Create knowledge base articles, standard responses and other customer-facing updates
Mentor new hires by creating and implementing a robust training program
Collaborate with external departments as necessary to troubleshoot issues and represent support related needs and improvements
Be a champion/voice for our members by communicating to our Product and Marketing teams to prioritize improvements

What YOU bring to Outside:

A relevant bachelor’s degree (4 years of related experience may be substituted)
Experience working in ZenDesk, salesforce, or similar customer service tool/s.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations with customer success at the heart of every interaction
Knowledge of current best practices, tools, and technologies for implementing customer service initiatives

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid an hourly non-exempt rate between $21.63 to $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more.
