Job Description : PAY: $40-52k + benefits
Selling points: Growth opportunity! Ability to move into leadership roles and/or into other departments
Required:
-Telecom industry experience
-1+ year(s) experience in a support role (customer service, order management, sales support, etc.)
-Data entry & verification experience, comparing for discrepancies
-CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Peoplenet, Oracle or other CRM)
-Strong time management
-Strong communication (majority via email but must be comfortable picking up phones to speak with sales teams, internal teams, customers)
-Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19
This person will be responsible for processing new orders for service across a variety of telecom product lines. These are orders that need more specialized attention for review before processing. This person will work within the queue communicate (mainly email) across various departments and would love them to implement improvements to processes along the way, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
