Job Description : What does Hoppier do?:
Hoppier makes it easy to distribute spending cards to virtual and hybrid event attendees for lunches, cocktails, gifts, or anything you can think of to increase event registration, attendance, engagement, and sponsorship revenue. Many of the world’s top event agencies and organizations use Hoppier. We are also well funded by some of the best angel investors in the country. Hoppier is growing by over 20% each month and we are looking for amazing people to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Ensuring attendees and event admin have a quick response time by staying on top of your assigned tickets.
Act as a coach and think about the event admins holistically when offering solutions
Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction.
Engaging in human conversations with attendees and event admins to identify and resolve issues
Offer needs-based solutions, not pushy sales.
Owning your own development through reflection, reviewing past interactions and preparing to discuss growth opportunities with your lead in regular 1:1 meetings.

You have:
2+ years experience in a customer-facing job
Strong communication skills; you are a people person that enjoys talking to people and helping them solve problems
You are an active listener and take proactive action
Ability to focus on tasks when there is a lot going on
Flexibility and enjoy trying new things. Making changes and trying again
Experience running events is a bonus
Requirements:
Must be available to work between the hours of 9am to 5pm EST or 11am to 7pm EST
You may be required to work after hours depending on the event schedule
Speak and write English fluently
