Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.
The Customer Operations Recruitment, Training & Onboarding team oversees the hiring, training & onboarding funnel for our 10,000+ contact center agents across the globe. We strive to ensure that every customer that speaks to one of our representatives gets a best in class experience whether the agent is new on the line or an experienced member of our team. The recruitment, training & onboarding teams plays a critical role in our customers’ experiences.

With nearly limitless sources of data at your fingertips, you will have the opportunity to manage all analytics and reporting, evaluating trends and opportunities to improve our onboarding process.
Analyst, Customer Operations will be responsible for managing all analytics and reporting tools within the onboarding portfolio, including evaluating the learning curves of our agent groups, assessing the impact of our capital programs, and identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. With contact center agents across the globe, the role embraces a challenging and diverse portfolio in a constantly changing environment. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Business Process and help to foster a culture of curiosity and data driven decision making within the team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in the telecommunications sector. Bell specific experience would be an asset, particularly with operational/customer facing groups. A self-starter who is willing to learn and evolve with the business, they should have an insatiable drive and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Manage all analytics and reporting within the recruitment, training and onboarding team,
Works closely with senior resources in other departments to provide insights to new-hire performance
Evaluate the performance of existing processes and optimize whenever required
Create new processes to improve the performance data reporting
Provide regular updates on results and identify opportunities to ensure the team hits annual performance objectives
Prepare presentations/reports for senior management and deliver insights across the various stakeholders
Oversees resource who assists in the execution of various reports and data analysis
Critical Qualifications and Accountabilities:
2+ years experience in data analytics or related disciplines
Strategic and creative thinker who is exceptionally adept with quantitative and qualitative analysis
Strong technical skills with a focus on SQL & MS Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and quality focus
Python knowledge is an asset
Self starter with highly analytical problem solving skills

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
