WHAT WE NEED: In this role, you’ll drive company vans and deliver up to 20 deliveries daily. Weekly and quarterly bonus payouts. Weekly tip pooling payouts. Schedules are Wednesday – Saturday ($20) and Saturday – Tuesday ($22). You’ll be responsible for delivering customer orders but also have the opportunity to work on the fulfillment team as a picker/packer. Teammates will be frontline employees who deliver orders to our customer’s door on-time and always with a customer first attitude! Teammates will also pick and pack customer orders on a semi regular basis. This role is ideal for those that like variety in their daily tasks.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License with an impeccable MVR
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Reliability, punctual and eagerness to maintain good attendance
Team oriented, respectful and a good communicator
Ability to lift packages and bundles weighing up to 50lbs, push, pull, squat, bend and/or reach with our without reasonable accommodation multiple times throughout each 10hr shift
Ability to climb stairs on a regular basis throughout the day
The desire and grit to do whatever it takes to help make Pinemelon the Online Grocery Store of choice.
