Job Description : InterWest Moving & Storage is now hiring Full & Part Time Delivery Team for our Residential & Designer Moving Teams that run out of our Belgrade, Montana warehouse. We are looking for hard-working, reliable people who care about providing excellent customer service. Providing an amazing customer experience is our top priority!Join our team then refer a friend or friends to receive cash bonuses! $100.00 for first referral, $200.00 for second referral and $300.00 for a third referral. Cash bonus paid out after 30 days employment.Duties/Responsibilities: Committed to live the iWest Core Values.Provide exemplary customer service while handling customer’s important items.Identify and assess customers’ needs.Work safely and adhere to high standards.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Go the extra mile to WOW our customers.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer service skills.Ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients and situations.Capable of lifting 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.Ability to pass an Agility Test, Drug Screen, and Background Check.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent – preferred.Experience with packing, delivery, moving, box trucks or moving type trucks is a plus, but not required.
