Crocs continues to grow and our eCommerce group is eager to welcome a Digital Developer to the Team! As a critical member of the development team you’ll have the opportunity to help support storefront development, analytics, and elevate the customer experience. Work multi-functionally, architecting and implementing solutions across Crocs online properties and internal systems. As a skilled Node and Javascript developer you’ll be able to use your talents across our technology stack and external services, while constantly learning new things.
Primary Job Duties:
Coordinate with Project Management, UX and Development teams to code and deliver improvements to the customer journey
Assist in building dynamic JavaScript and Node heavy cross-browser, cross-device interfaces
Maintain existing Crocs Node, React and JavaScript based code
Room to grow internal utilities
Ability to attain personal growth through earning certification.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Engineering, or a related subject area preferred
2-5 years of professional development experience
Skilled in JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, HTML/CSS
Outstanding communication/social skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions. Strong track record of working effectively with teammates.
Balanced, strategic, and tactical problem solver with strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the desire to learn new things
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000
