Job Description : If you are a Digital Strategist professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Boulder, Colorado location, you will be responsible for supporting the digital customer experience across our e-Business organization and executing the strategy to support the growth targets of the business.

AS A DIGITAL STRATEGIST, YOU WILL:

Act as key contact for customers and sales with regards to onboarding, issue resolution, and questions
Create, monitor and report on key metrics supporting e-commerce and engineering tools
Develop and maintain incentive programs and campaigns to support NA growth strategies
Represent customer feedback and liaison back to the broader organization to drive foundational improvements and user experience improvements
Conduct demonstrations and training for customers and sales to familiarize them with the MyEmerson platform
Drive engagement in the selling channel to target and assist in onboarding users to the digital experience
Deliver measurable business results and use a proven track record of success to challenge conventional methods and processes
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, and a passion in building new programs organically

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of five (5) years related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Digital and Sales experience preferred

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the (salary/ pay) range for this role is $73,100 to $114,400, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
