Job Description : About usClearview Academy is a therapeutic boarding school located in Heron, Montana that serves an adolescent female population between the ages of 12 and 19. Clearview was founded 25 years ago by Educational Psychologist and Licensed Marriage, Family, Child Psychologist Mary Louise Thielbahr-Noble. Our focus is on providing behavior recovery, addiction recovery, and academic recovery programming to create a safe space for healthy growth to light her path.* Oversees Clearview Academy campus as assigned* Oversees housekeeping duties in Student’s living area* Checks student’s rooms daily for cleanliness* Assists in recreational activities and participates or instructs students in games offering a large muscle activity daily* Problem solves and enforces campus policies, i.e., inappropriate language, music, videos, intimidation, and disrespect* Ensures the student handbook is being enforced* Administers medications to the students as needed (we provide training)* Works as a team with other direct care staff and employees* Updates information in Alleva regarding the students* Communication is key for this position- communicates with other direct care staff and the management team* Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations* Supervises students on consequence hours* Must be trained in CPR/ First Aid (we provide training)* Provides time for students who need to talk* Sets boundaries with students* Teaches life skillsWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Heron, MT 59844: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Caregivers & Care Facility Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
