Job Description : This position is based in Aspen, CO. Please only apply if you are already located here or willing to relocate to the area.
The Fleet Services Director is responsible for managing the short term and long term planning for over 500 units in the Pitkin County Fleet. The Fleet Services Director is also responsible for the team of mechanics who repair, maintain, and inspect all Pitkin County Fleet vehicles and equipment. Pitkin County Fleet is responsible for several specialty vehicles for Airport, Solid Waste Center, Open Space and Trails and Emergency Vehicles, in addition to passenger cars, trucks and heavy equipment
If moving to the area, Pitkin County will offer up to $10,000 in reimbursement for moving expenses and $6,000 as a housing stipend for your first year of employment!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,859.16 – $133,626.30 per year
