Baron Education consists of DriveSafe Driving Schools and CollegeDrive Test Prep and Tutoring.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will play a key role in leading and optimizing Baron Education’s operations to deliver the best possible outcomes for students. In addition to serving as a vital thought partner to the CEO and other senior leaders, the Director of Operations will manage the teams charged with delivering exceptional school operations, student enrollment, and information technology across Baron Ed’s network of 12 locations.The ideal candidate has worked in a retail setting and understands the nature of a 7-day/week business.Responsibilities include:Day-to-Day management of all locations, working with the Director of Field OperationsSystems Development and ManagementIdentify, develop and implement operational systems improvements that will support highly efficient, effective, and equitable operational performance; both improving upon the current state of operations and preparing for future growth in size and complexityOversee the creation and management of standardized operating procedures for day-to-day operations and ITStrategic Planning and ExecutionTranslate strategy into a clear and shared vision and action plans for excellent operations and partner with leaders on their teamQualifications include:Advanced degree preferred but not requiredProven retail or restaurant managerial experience of multi-location businessDemonstrated Profit and Loss ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of managing a sales teamDemonstrable track record of developing, implementing, and managing business systems and processes to support a complex and growing organizationExperience setting vision, leading, planning and managing in a fast-paced, retail and/or B to C settingRelocations assistant will be included in the benefits package.If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit a well-written cover letter and include your salary requirement and email it with a copy of your resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:Lakewood, CO 80401: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)Application Question(s):Do you accept that a clean Motor Vehicle Record and a clean Background Check will be required for this position?Please submit a well-written cover letter including your required salary for consideration.Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Operations management: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
