Job Description : DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, FLORENCE CRITTENTONExempt: YesHours: Full time; 36-40 hours per weekSalary: $65,000-$70,000, DOESupervision: Executive DirectorWorks with: Administrative and Leadership Teams, Board of Directors, Finance Department, Contractors, and VendorsTHE POSITIONThis high-level position on the Leadership Team holds the primary responsibility for the planning and administration of all activities related to the operations of Florence Crittenton. Primary responsibilities are to work with the Executive Director to plan and oversee all financial, facility, and contract operations.
