Director opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Director of Primary Care position in our Physician Services department. The Director of Primary Care is a professional responsible for planning and directing the operations and functions of multiple primary care clinics. The Director will participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and promote care delivery processes that are in alignment with strategic organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensures, Certifications, Registrations: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration; Master’s degree desired.
Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must possess strong personnel management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Must be flexible and professional.
Experience: Three years or more management experience, preferably in healthcare
