PASCO is growing rapidly and is looking for a Director of Technology and Operations to join our team! The Director of Technology and Operations will set PASCO’s technology strategy and drive adoption of systems and data across the organization. The right candidate will seek out opportunities for continuous improvement around how work gets done, allowing PASCO to continue to serve more clients with greater efficiency, effectiveness, and care.

Set and orchestrate PASCO’s systems strategy; utilize knowledge of the business and relationships with key thought leaders throughout the organization to determine optimal systems and/or process enhancements for PASCO.

Spearhead implementation of PASCO’s new Electronic Health Records system with a focus on accuracy, data access and usability. Influence third-party vendors and administrators alike to reach the best long-term solution for PASCO. Ensure process changes needed to work within the new system are fully vetted, documented and adopted to ensure team success.

Oversee day-to-day management of third-party vendors/developers ensuring teams deliver on time and follow strong project management, documentation and testing protocols.

Collaborate with peers at PASCO’s parent company to define, create and deploy a central data repository (with proper data security) with reporting/data mining capabilities.

Manage PASCO’s Technology Services, Medical Records and Billing & Payroll teams (the latter two rely heavily on system efficiencies and automation). Guide teams through identification and adoption of technology that makes their work more accurate and efficient. Lead teams in prioritizing and delivering on system enhancements.

Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the team. Utilize data to understand where service can be improved. Maintain a focus on minimizing errors and when mistakes occur, getting them corrected quickly.

Provide day-to-day leadership and management to PASCO’s technology and operations organization ensuring the team and it’s individuals embody the mission and core values of the company.
Experience leading projects, including establishing timelines, delegating authority, and holding people accountable to deliverables through regular oversight and management

Bachelor’s degree, with a preference towards technology, business or economics

At least five (5) years’ technology experience

At least three (3) years’ management of small- to medium-sized team

Ability to affiliate with PASCO’s mission of supporting our community with excellent supports and services for our clients, caregivers, and partners

Prior EHR implementation experience is a plus

Master’s degree with focus in business, operations, or economics is a plus

Exposure to lean management training or six-sigma concepts is a plus

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal skills with an interest in proactively collaborating with other leaders and routinely partnering with team members

Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, with measurable results and successful development and advancement of team members

Analytical mindset and acumen, including an ability to understand the organizational need and establish the right processes, measures, and/or expectations for exceeding client expectations

Deep sense of responsibility to create a technology vision and encourage team members to own and execute on realizing a future state of the organization

Base Compensation: $115k – $125k
