The Headlines:

In the role of Director of Plant Operations working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Leadership team, focused on leading Brewing, Packaing, and Supply Chain departments to deliver short and long-term goals.

This position reports to the Vice President of Golden Valley Operations and is responsible for the management of the brewery operations teams. Building and developing teams in the areas of technical and leadership development. You will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of direct and indirect reports and will lead, mentor and develop those employees. Approximately 15% travel is associated with this position.

The Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the Sr. Manager of Brewing, Sr. Manager of Packaging and Sr. Manager of Customer Service Supply to ensure all performance targets related to Value, Quality, People and Service are met in line with the business plan.

Role model company values, inspire and lead the department with passion, integrity, and a will to excel and deliver ever improving results.

The Other Qualifications –

You have a bachelor’s degree with an Engineering or Science emphasis.

You have at least 5 years’ brewery or similar CPG leadership experience

Minimum of 10 years’ management experience in a world class and lean manufacturing environment

Minimum of 5 years in a front-line supervisory position in a manufacturing environment

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position leading a salaried, exempt work force.

You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

Knowledge of brewing, packaging, order handling, maintenance, and warehouse/shipping

You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment would be an advantage

Job Posting Salary Range: $163,100 – $234,500
